We have expertise with many energy efficient building methods such as Structured Insulated Panels (SIPs), Solar Panels and Ventilation Systems.  Bright Build is particularly interested in Passive Houses, and we are supporters of Passive House New Zealand and are a Certified Passive House Tradesperson.
The energy reduction (and subsequent saving) in running Passive Homes can be significant, and the homes use less resources. Bright Build has recently completed a 400m2 new home built using passive principles. This house is warm, healthy and is often supplying excess power to the grid (and earning money), despite being home to six people.

We take care of the paperwork for you and ensure all relevant warranties, building code inspections (and Master Build Guarantees if appropriate) are up to date prior to project sign off.
